The International Charitable Organization Roma Women Fund “Chirikli” announces a request for quotations for the procurement of office supplies for office use and project activities within the project on improving access to healthcare services for Roma communities.

The procurement is carried out under Grant Agreement No. 79-GF-26 dated January 1, 2026, with the support of the International Charitable Foundation “Alliance for Public Health”.

The procurement includes office supplies:

— A5 notebooks;
— A4 folders;
— A4 paper;
— A4 files;
— binders;
— blue pens;
— pencils;
— other related supplies.

Quantities depend on project needs (from 1 to 50 units per item).

Delivery Period

Delivery period: April 20, 2026 – December 31, 2026.
