The International Charitable Organization Roma Women Fund “Chirikli” announces a request for quotations for the procurement of household goods for office use and project activities within the project “Improving access of Roma population to healthcare services in tuberculosis prevention through Roma health mediators”.

The procurement is carried out under Grant Agreement No. 79-GF-26 dated January 1, 2026, with the support of the International Charitable Foundation “Alliance for Public Health”.

List of Goods

The procurement includes household goods for office and project activities:

— garbage bags;
— antiseptics;
— wipes;
— toilet paper;
— liquid soap;
— air fresheners;
— cleaning products.

Quantities depend on project needs (from 1 to 50 units per item).

Delivery Period

Delivery period: April 20, 2026 – December 31, 2026.

Supplier Requirements

Suppliers must be legally registered and authorized to conduct relevant business activities.

Documents confirming registration of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur must be provided.

Submission Procedure

To participate, applicants must submit a price quotation (invoice) in the form of an official letter along with supporting documents.

Submission deadline — April 17, 2026, by 23:59 (Kyiv time).

Selection Process
