Practical Knowledge on Reproductive Health and Access to Healthcare
After the trainings, all participants will have the opportunity to receive additional services, including a gynecologist consultation, necessary tests, and an ultrasound examination. This is an important step toward practical health support—not only through knowledge but also through access to healthcare.
Training Topics: Family Planning, Prevention, and the National Health Service Program
The training program covered key issues that support informed decision-making on reproductive health and family planning, and help participants better navigate available healthcare services:
— discussing the pros and cons of different contraception methods;
— information about condoms, pills, intrauterine devices, suppositories, and surgical sterilization;
— pregnancy planning and necessary examinations;
— the menstrual cycle, deviations from the norm, and warning symptoms;
— opportunities available under the National Health Service of Ukraine’s Medical Guarantees Program.
We are grateful to all women for their trust and active participation. Reproductive health is about the right to make informed choices, safety, and a dignified life—as well as equal access to quality healthcare.
