No one should go hungry, especially during a war, when the need for quality food increases daily. The majority of those in need of help (about 55%) are elderly people, with the remaining 45% being children and internally displaced persons. Since the beginning of the conflict in Ukraine, the “Chirikli” Fund, in partnership with the international “Food of Life” program, distributes about 2,500 servings of fresh vegan food daily in four Ukrainian cities: Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Odesa, and Chernihiv. Our goal is to provide more food at a lower cost. The mission of the fund is to provide assistance to those in need today and to promote peace through healthy eating, fostering respect and equality for life.
